Organized and professional! I had my old AC unit replaced and installed a new unit with modifications to my interior unit. YAZD technicians texted me with the appointment reminder, called 15min prior to the appointment and showed up right on time. Completed the installation within the promised timeline. And literally picked up and cleaned the area around the units outdoor and indoor. Great technicians and outstanding service.

Very professional, courteous, and accommodating. My heating system broke and we had no heat. Appointment was scheduled next day. I called them and requested same day apt since family member had movement issue. Understanding our situation, Yazd sent a qualified technician the same afternoon. Yazd Mechanical is fantastic. We have now purchased three systems from them. The most recent was a replacement heat pump system install. Kudos to their team. The inside unit was in an INCREDIBLY tight and awkward space -- a VERY difficult space to work in, but they got it done. I find some of the other negative reviews on here difficult to believe as they don't represent my experience at all. Yazd has always provided great customer service, top notch communication, fair prices, and kind and courteous installation teams. We could not be happier.

This company has never let me down. This time it was my heat that went out on one of the coldest weekends this season. YAZD responded diagnosed the issue and called me back that same day to yet me know he was able to get the part and return the next day. He did and my heat is running again. No charge up or trying to get me to buy something I don’t need. These guys are solid and I trust them. You won’t regret giving them your business. I highly recommend their services.

Yazd has been our go to company for all HVAC problems and needs. I live in South Riding Virginia and every-time I encounter someone from Yazd, they blow my mind. Their owner is so helpful and polite. This man is so professional and courteous.They never tell you to "change your unit". 3 other companies I worked with told me to change the unit. These guys help you with your budget and when they leave, you know they did their best.Anyway, try them, you won't be disappointed.

I used YAZD services to tune my heat for the upcoming winter season. I used them as a special offer through American Home Shield. I could not be happier. They responded almost immediately to my request. I got scheduled quickly. I received updates via text. Sam, the person who serviced my HVAC system, called 20 mins before he was supposed to arrive. Arrived right on time. He didn't do any upselling, came in, did his job, gave me some tips. I hope to use them for the spring A/C tune up. GREAT JOB Sam, thank you!

This was actually a AHS repair. We were a little worried that we could be without A/C for an extended time, but Yazd came the next day (even showed up early) and replaced the compressor the same day. Our A/C is working great and we were so happy to have the A/C working again, especially given the heat wave!!
