YAZD was the contractor sent out via my Home Warranty Co. to fix my AC that was out. He was professional, diagnosed the problem quickly, and what I loved the most was he educated me on what the issue was and what I need to do to maintain the draining system coming from the basement AC (it backed up and flipped the safety switch for the main unit). Customer service is a lost art these days. YAZD gave me hope. I will be using them again.

Iman came over to check our AC system since it wasnt cooling as efficiently as I thought it could. He was polite and professional. We went through AHS warranty service but this wasnt an issue. System was low on freon and Iman charged it up. He setup the supercooling to the exact right temperature and now the system is up and running in good fashion. Thanks Yazd Mechanical and especially Iman the technician.

Organized and professional! I had my old AC unit replaced and installed a new unit with modifications to my interior unit. YAZD technicians texted me with the appointment reminder, called 15min prior to the appointment and showed up right on time. Completed the installation within the promised timeline. And literally picked up and cleaned the area around the units outdoor and indoor. Great technicians and outstanding service.

Very professional, courteous, and accommodating. My heating system broke and we had no heat. Appointment was scheduled next day. Yazd Mechanical is fantastic. We have now purchased three systems from them. The most recent was a replacement heat pump system install. Kudos to their team. The inside unit was in an INCREDIBLY tight and awkward space -- a VERY difficult space to work in, but they got it done. I find some of the other negative reviews on here difficult to believe as they don't represent my experience at all. Yazd has always provided great customer service, top notch communication, fair prices, and kind and courteous installation teams. We could not be happier.

This company has never let me down. This time it was my heat that went out on one of the coldest weekends this season. YAZD responded diagnosed the issue and called me back that same day to yet me know he was able to get the part and return the next day. He did and my heat is running again. No charge up or trying to get me to buy something I don’t need. These guys are solid and I trust them. You won’t regret giving them your business. I highly recommend their services.
