The technician and the person I talked was kind and very professional. But it happens that , I was calling the wrong person about the follow up for our appointment. I didn’t really appreciate the tone of the conversation I had with that person. I understand I should call the number on the email I received but , still I am customer , I would appreciate a kind guide and more professional next time. Thank you so much for everything. The AC is working perfectly. I would love to set up for HVAC maintenance at the beginning of the winter.

Yazd was fantastic. They were able to schedule me with a technician within a day and when they came out they diagnosed the problem immediately. YAZD recently installed an HVAC system in my home after the ancient one that was there when I moved in 3 years ago stopped working. I was impressed with the quality of work done by YAZD. They arrived on time and communicated well prior to and the day of the install. They neatly installed the new system. They cleaned up any mess and left the utility room nice and near when done. They had to come back the following Monday to complete one part of the work, but it was mainly to ensure that the system was working properly which I appreciated. I would recommend them to others.

Really can’t say enough about how smooth everything went. I was quoted 3x more by one of the larger companies and told the part was back ordered for weeks vs the Yazd team who were far less expensive and were able to resolve same day!

YAZD was the contractor sent out via my Home Warranty Co. to fix my AC that was out. He was professional, diagnosed the problem quickly, and what I loved the most was he educated me on what the issue was and what I need to do to maintain the draining system coming from the basement AC (it backed up and flipped the safety switch for the main unit). Customer service is a lost art these days. YAZD gave me hope. I will be using them again.

Iman came over to check our AC system since it wasnt cooling as efficiently as I thought it could. He was polite and professional. We went through AHS warranty service but this wasnt an issue. System was low on freon and Iman charged it up. He setup the supercooling to the exact right temperature and now the system is up and running in good fashion. Thanks Yazd Mechanical and especially Iman the technician.
