I had an excellent experience with YAZD. The technicians arrived even before of agreed timeframe. Both of them were very professional, checked the thermostat and then went down to the basement to check the inside unit. While one technician worked on the inside unit, the other one worked on the outside unit. They performed the maintenance in about 15 minutes and told me that everything was working fine. I highly recommend this company.

YAZD does a good job. They are always accurate in diagnosing and fixing problems. Just recently, they stopped the leakage from my AC in record time. The technician arrived at the early part of the expected time frame. Was expecting him between 1:00-5:00. He called at 1:30 saying he’d be here in 5 minutes. He quickly assessed the situation with our AC unit and the job was finished. Fortunately, all that was needed was a new filter which was the problem.

Technician Iman B. was professional and knew exactly what the problem was with the AC unit and fixed right away. He was also wore a face mask and took his shoes off the entry without asking him just by looking that we didn’t wear shoes inside the house. Upon learning that I had no cool air blowing, I contacted AHS and YAZD Mechanical Inc was sent to my residence. Sam came first a few days back and did a fantastic job! He discovered leaks, depleting my R-410, Evaporator Cooler problems and other issues accounting for not blowing cold air and a poorly running system. Shahram, Bayron and Jay arrived on time today and ready to go. Shahram expertly handled all maintenance and corrective measures outside, while Bayron and Jay expertly handled removing the bad evaporator cooler, installed a better locking cap; modified the ducts (outstanding welding job); installed a better liquid line and suction line; and the filter dryer inside vice outside. Also, The EZ Trap installation will allow me to better clean the drain line. All truly enjoyed what they were doing and had no problem answering any questions I had. I truly believe I have a much better system now after they finished the job. All involved did great and I can’t thank them enough! I look forward to a continual relationship with YAZD as long as I am the owner of my home. Thank you all for you r hard work!

I had issues with my HVAC system, initially another local company came to check my system and told me that I need to replace the furnace. I contacted Yazd Mech for 2nd opinion and thankfully i did! In the end Shahab and his tech Chris replaced a part then performed a thorough check to verify that the furnace was in perfect condition. Very shameful that the first HVAC company was just trying to make some extra change from me.

They are among the greatest. During the snowstorm, my heating system failed, and It was really chilly (almost 15F). They did not have the slots available when I phoned, but when I requested them, they were gracious enough to send a technician within a couple of hours. The technician was incredibly talented; he rectified the problem in 30 minutes. They are really professional; they phoned me 15 minutes before they arrived. I will definitely hire them again since they are reliable.

EXCELLENT HVAC installation company! The manager came out to my house as part of a warranty. He explained exactly what was wrong and said that although warranty would pay for a single part, it would be better to replace the whole thing because the heating system was 20 years old. They gave me a good price and came in 2 days later to completely replace the entire HVAC system. Since I have their warranty now, I have cancelled my home warranty. They are professional.

A/C stopped blowing cold air, but the fan would continually run since the thermostat wasn’t getting down to the desired temperature. The technician arrived within the promised time frame and had the faulty part replaced in about 10 minutes. He was very friendly and very professional.

My home warranty company, AHS sent Yazd Mechanical to my house to repair my AC. I was able to get an appointment within 2 days of contacting AHS. Rossi arrived early and quickly diagnosed the problem. He replaced the capacitor and my AC was back. Rossi is a wiz! The whole appointment took 15 minutes. If I have any other HVAC issues I will be requesting that AHS send Yazd Mechanical.

Great experience with Yazd, from sales to installation. They were very straightforward and patient to help me decide which type of furnace would be the best for my home, answered a lot of technical questions and the price was also reasonable.The installation was very detailed, very professional and did an amazing job to work around some issues from the way the house was installed (several modifications needed as I had a very old unit). Extremely professional technicians, very conscious of safety and cleanliness of work area and home. Removal of faulty and installation of new Heat Pump system in an attic area that had to be accessed through a small ceiling entrance using a ladder, as the only access to the attic. Both Technicians, Arash and Roger formed a strong team while performing the laborious removal and install. While awaiting the delivery of the system following the initial service call where the problem, was expertly diagnosed, we were continuously made aware of the timing of the delivery and worked with us to establish a time that met our availability for the installation date. YAZD was called after a prior company sent a technician who checked our outdoor compressor and made an erroneous determination of the problem without even going into the attic to check the Heat Pump and associated elements. We were provided the services of YAZD by our service company who replaced the original company they sent. In the future for these types of services we will insist on using YAZD. They had also replaced our compressor several months ago, so already had a very positive impression of this particular team. The office and receptionist was always available when we called, no long delays, and very receptive and knowledgeable regarding our claim. I highly recommend YAZD to anyone in need of HVAC .or associated services.
